Nature giving healthy food to eat can be confirmed from the effects felt by adopting raw vegetables in daily food exclusively instead of other cooked foods, in which the nutrition value of the vegetables gets lost by traditional overcooking or deep frying to increase the palatability.
Use of Green vegetables and fruits in one’s diet is healthy food, which provides all the vitamin and minerals required on daily basis. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for the secretion of enzymes and hormones which ensures healthy life.

Pasta and baked items should be prepared from whole grain cereals instead of starch, which lacks nutrition and fiber necessary for good health.
One should consider lean meats and preference should be given to the fish. The omega-3, which is polyunsaturated fatty acid found in deep ocean fish like salmon is good fat and is deficient in our diets. Omega 3 is very good for heart health. Keeping in mind healthy food must contain serving of seafood in the form of baked fish instead of fried two to three times in a week. Serving of chicken should be preferred over red meat mutton.
