Apples contain fiber, flavanoids, and fructose (sugar). More than 10 percent of daily fiber needs can be met in one apple. And this fiber can lower blood cholesterol, the risk of coronary heart disease.

Well, you can process into a mask by taking a medium-sized apples to be shredded then mix 5 tablespoons of honey. Then, apply on face for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water.
