The concept of body building works on certain principles in respective of right balanced food, work outs at the gym and proper rest thereafter, besides following tips related to body building.
The right balanced food should be selected with right proportion of Complex carbohydrates derived from whole grain oat and beans, which provides adequate quantity of fiber in it and should not be more than 40 % of the total food.
The Protein required for tissues and muscles building should be preferably sourced from fish or chicken. Red meat is to be avoided. It should also be 40 % of the total food to be taken.
The balance 20 % should be from good fats like olive oil. Fats are essential for synthesis of hormones and providing vitamins and minerals.
Adequate quantity of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits should be served to complete the need of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
Choice of Workouts:
One should gradually increase the weights for weight lifting. Increasing gradually creates the need for muscle building, which takes place supported by the adequate balanced diet one is taking.
One should set a goal of body building and keep track of the inputs and achievements. There could be a situation, when one does not get results beyond a limit one should not increase the work out just to achieve desired body building, one the contrary reduce the work outs a bit little, by increasing the work outs more one carries the risk of loosing the body build already achieved, because such an act shall deprive protein, resulting in effect of loosing the muscle gain on which body building depends.
Role of compound Exercises in Body Building:
For achieving body building one is required to make use of compound exercises for causing stimulation to the muscle fibers to the maximum. The benefit of compound exercises is that more than one group of muscles are set into action by doing a single exercise. Thus entire skeletal system gets affected with uniform growth of body building. Other individual exercises become easy to do. Compound exercises are a great help in body building.
