Dental Health the Natural way

One shall be surprised that the cost of keeping the Dental hygiene can be Zero, if one takes proper care of the teeth and modifies the eating habits and diet.

Nature has built this universe with zero defect perfection, but man does not learn from nature and defies it’s principles every now and then and getting harmed by tiny organisms like bacteria.

Man unlike other animals is very conscious about the teeth how bright they look to smile and at the same time does not care for its proper hygiene and care suffering dental cavities, gum diseases leading to premature loss of teeth. Nothing to worry there are artificial teeth replacements available.

Our body built is based on how nutritious food we take. The teeth and gums are no exception to it. For maintaining dental and gums health certain nutrients are more than essential.

The most harmful ingredient in our diet is the carbohydrates and sugar based articles, we eat not to satisfy our hunger, but the tongue gets excited for saliva secretions on the smell or sight of a sweet dish and man can not escape the temptation and gulps the sweets with delight not caring for a mouth wash or tooth brushing, because shall spoil the taste the tongue has enjoyed.

Now is it the turn for a cold drink, or chewing of betel and tobacco? Are they necessities? Not the least. There is certain nutrition present in foods, which provide us protection from gum diseases and bad breath. To maintain dental health naturally it is advisable to put restrictions on useless garbage diet, which affect dental health as well as is responsible for many ailments.

Drinking of both Black and green tea is useful because they contain poly-phenols, antioxidant plant substances, which prevent plaque formation, which otherwise remains sticking to the teeth.  These teas help in reduction of cavities and gum diseases besides preventing bad breath because of they curb growth of bacteria.
